Anthony Russell, the western manager of the Canadian Carp Society and a professional carp angling guide for G&S Marina of Last Mountain Lake, Saskatchewan, is a passionate advocate for the sport. Originally from the UK, and a Carp angler of 37 years. Anthony and his wife Victoria moved to North Battleford, Saskatchewan, in 2009, totally unaware of the world-class carp fishery he would find at Last Mountain Lake. In April of this year, Anthony and his wife, Victoria, relocated to Last Mountain to fulfill their dream of educating Canadian anglers about the incredible, misunderstood hard-fighting carp that reside in their waters. Through his expertise and dedication, Anthony aims to highlight the untapped potential of carp fishing in Canada.
